The solution consisted of 3x rooms with Video Conferencing, 2x separable Meeting Rooms and a Training Room. The technology consisted of ceiling microphone systems with mix-minus sound ability, multiple display input sources available to each room with drag and drop ability from a Crestron control system
The final solution has enabled the customer to have meeting spaces where large numbers of staff are able to easily operate the rooms with little or no level of technical expertise. The central AV rack which is the operating backbone of the system, is housed in a secure cabinet that only few building staff had access to. If a worse case event was to happen, troubleshooting time is reduced by the ability for a master system re-set to be performed via the Crestron control system. This allows authorised staff to power cycle the entire back end for all meeting rooms via a hidden button and password protected screen on the touch panel.
