Concept AV has its own project management team who takes control of the installation and integration processes once the project has been signed off by the client. We will consult with the client, meet with architects, builders, interior designers prior to the commencement of any work as well as participating in ongoing project meetings throughout the design and installation process. Where necessary the project management team also consults with the Concept AV sales and design teams during the installation process to ensure the project is completed on time and in accordance with the expected outcome.
